This was the one I started with and only just awarding it to myself although actually I've been doing very well with it for last 9 months. Bathtime I love a good soak and have been making time at least weekly to soak in the bath with different bathbombs, bubble baths and salts. Decided I am definitely a bubble person. There was a scary bathbomb that made the bath look like pond water. Bedtime Swapped curtains for blackouts, experimenting with cushion to hold hips in right place, different hotwater bottles, TENs machine before bed, different bed times, bedside lamp and book lights. Discovered when Pete is away I miss the white noise of the Cpap. Screen time Bought a Kindle paperwhite to replace my Fire tablet. Not having the tablet has made a huge difference. Your Choice - Spoiling myself
After years where home educating came first and in a transition between that and work making time to do things for me.
